We ship Priority Mail to U.S. addresses only (no international orders
accepted at this time), which generally arrives in 2-3 days. Shipping is free
on all orders. Please advise us of any special shipping requests (there
may be a charge for special shipping).
Returns and Exchanges
We will gladly provide exchanges, or credit your credit card, for any
Love Handle® you are not satisfied with, within 14 days after your purchase
(we must receive the item back within 20 days after purchase). The item
must be returned in the condition in which it was received, and include the
original Love Handle® packaging. If you wish to return or exchange an
item please contact us so that we may issue you a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (RMA).
No exchanges or returns will be processed without an RMA, which must be
written on the returned package. The customer is responsible for paying
shipping costs on returned and exchanged items, unless the merchandise was
received in damaged or defective condition. Shipping and handling costs
on returned merchandise is not refundable (for returned items, your card will
be credited for the cost of the item(s) less shipping and handling costs
originally paid by Liberté). We recommend
that you send your returns or exchanges with a tracking number.

exchanges.

We will gladly enclose a gift card with your personalized message for any
gift items, for no additional charge.
